How will my gift plants be shipped?
We ship FedEx and UPS 2-Day Air to ensure maximum freshness. Plants are securely packaged and guaranteed to arrive in perfect shape.

When will my order arrive?
You choose your first plant club delivery date. If at all possible, your order will be delivered on the date that is requested. We offer Wednesday through Saturday deliveries to most locations within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $17.50 charge. Saturday Delivery is not available to all areas. We are sorry but overnight deliveries are not available. Plant Club Delivery Date Rules

Where do the plants come from?
Our monthly plants are shipped to club members directly from the growers! We work with a small group of growers in the US and Hawaii to ensure fresh, healthy gift plants for every season.

What type of plants will I get?
Our club members receive a new, luscious, indoor potted plant each month. The type of plant depends on the month of the season. The varieties change monthly. For a good look at all the plants that we offer each month - Plant of the Month Club Selections.

What type of guarantee do you offer?
All of our plant deliveries are guaranteed to arrive fresh and beautiful. If club members are not 100% satisfied with the quality upon arrival, we will replace the plant free of charge. This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information from the customer. The Guarantee.

How will I know the plants have been delivered?
If you have questions regarding the plant delivery, you may contact us, and we will be able to give you detailed information regarding your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We are sorry but we can only ship within the US.

What is the minimum membership?
The minimum Plant of the Month Club membership duration is two months.

How am I billed?
You can choose to pay for the entire club membership at once, or have your credit card charged monthly. It's totally up to you. You are given the option when you place your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your plants, we will either replace them for you, credit your account, or refund your money. We want you to be happy, after all, that's what life is all about!
